Paul Moran - Group Managing Director

Paul Moran is the Group Managing Director, leading the company’s strategic direction and growth across the South West’s housing market. He oversees the senior leadership team, drives operational performance, ensures high standards of build quality and customer satisfaction, and fosters a positive, safe working environment. Paul’s role also includes steering the business through industry challenges and supporting the delivery of quality new homes that benefit local communities.

Scott Murray - Finance Director

Scott Murray is the Group Finance Director, responsible for the financial health and stewardship of the company. He leads on shaping the company’s financial strategy, securing funding arrangements, and driving financial performance working closely with senior leadership to enable long-term success for the South West’s largest independent housebuilder. In this role he oversees financial planning, reporting, treasury, HR, IT, governance and risk to ensure the business remains financially healthy and supports strategic growth.

Ben Jobson – Director of Development

Ben Jobson is the Development Director, he leads land acquisition and oversees the commercial and technical aspects of the business. He works closely with internal teams, partners, consultants and contractors to progress development projects and deliver high-quality homes and communities across the South West. His role also involves shaping development strategy and ensuring successful coordination across departments to meet market and planning challenges.

Hannah Newnes – Director of Sales & Marketing

Hannah Newnes is the Director of Sales & Marketing at Cavanna Homes, where she leads the sales and marketing teams to drive home sales and promote the company’s brand. She ensures that customer journeys are smooth and enjoyable, aligning all activities with Cavanna’s Customer Charter. Hannah also shapes strategic marketing initiatives, supports community engagement and helps deliver vibrant new home communities that meet buyer needs and expectations.

Yanni Sechatis – Director of Construction

Yanni Sechatis is the Director of Construction, responsible for leading the safe and efficient delivery of all building projects from groundwork through to completion. He ensures homes are constructed to the highest quality standards, on time, while maintaining strict health and safety practices on site. Yanni works closely with site teams, contractors and managers to coordinate construction activities and uphold Cavanna’s reputation for excellence.
