Our Finance team manages the Company’s money. They handle payments to subcontractors and other service providers, track income and spending, prepare reports and help to plan budgets. The team make sure the Company remains financially healthy and can fund future projects.
Our Human Resources team looks after employees. They manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ongoing training and development for our teams and make sure our employees experience a positive working culture that keeps them engaged.
Our IT team manages the hardware and software that is used across the business, from Head Office to site. They keep our systems running smoothly and securely, fix technical problems and protect our Company data. They make sure our teams can work efficiently and securely using technology.
Our Facilities and Assets team manages the Company’s offices, equipment and vehicles. They make sure our buildings are safe and maintained and they track and manage the Company’s assets. The team keep the working environment running smoothly and support our day-to-day operations across our sites.
